The service

MiningBridge Intelligence provides research and trade-flow analysis on critical minerals and rare earths, through this website and through the MiningBridge connector for Claude. It is operated by Mining Bridge Private Limited, registered in India.

What this is not

Nothing here is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Our figures are screening magnitudes intended to inform sourcing and supplier-mix decisions. They are not price assessments, valuations, or recommendations to buy or sell anything, and we are not a registered investment adviser in any jurisdiction.

Decisions you take on the basis of our analysis are yours. Verify anything material independently before acting on it, particularly before committing to a transaction.

Where our data comes from

Trade figures are drawn from UN Comtrade and national customs reporting. Production and reserve figures are drawn from the USGS and industry bodies including the International Tin Association. These are third-party sources. They are revised, they carry reporting lags, and countries sometimes report the same trade differently. We reproduce them in good faith and cite them, but we cannot warrant their accuracy.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your API keys secret. A key grants access at your subscription tier to anyone holding it. If a key is exposed, revoke it from your account page; you can issue a new one immediately.

Do not share, resell or redistribute your access or our paid content, and do not use automated means to extract the underlying datasets wholesale. Free-tier usage is subject to a daily call limit.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid access runs for the period stated at purchase and ends when that period expires. Renewing before expiry extends the remaining period rather than replacing it. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never receive your card details.

If a payment fails or is reversed, paid access may be suspended. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will investigate.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may change these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders by email.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or decisions taken on the basis of our analysis.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
