Refund Policy

What you can buy

Three kinds of paid purchase exist: single-report editions (bought with a card or with wallet credits), prepaid subscription periods (Analyst, Professional and Desk), and wallet credit top-ups. All are digital goods and are delivered immediately.

Automatic refunds for duplicate or erroneous charges

Payments are verified against a unique reference before anything is granted, so a payment is never granted twice. If you are charged twice for one purchase, or believe you have been charged in error, tell us and we refund the erroneous charge in full — including any gateway fees we can recover.

Single-report purchases

Because a report is a digital file that cannot be returned, a purchase is final once the edition has been opened. If you bought a report by mistake — for example you already owned it, or you meant to buy a different edition — contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it in full, provided the edition has not been downloaded or exported.

Subscriptions

Subscription periods are prepaid and run to their end date. If a problem with the service prevents you from using what you paid for, contact us and we will refund the unused portion of the period. Otherwise, subscriptions are not refunded mid-period: access continues until the period you paid for ends, and you are never charged again unless you choose to renew.

Wallet credits

Credits bought in a top-up are refundable within 7 days as long as none of them have been spent. Once spent, the value has been applied to a report purchase and is covered by the report policy above.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under consumer law in your jurisdiction. Where a mandatory refund right applies, it prevails over this policy.

How to ask
