Ask about, correct, or remove what is held about you
These rights apply whether or not you have an account. Requests are answered within 30 days — the shorter of the GDPR and CCPA deadlines, applied to everyone. Before anything is disclosed or erased, a confirmation is sent to the address you give, so nobody can act on your data by typing your email into this form.
- Access
- A copy of everything held about you: account, purchases, credits, consents, and every message sent to you.
- Correct
- Fix a name, an organisation, or anything else that is wrong.
- Erase
- Your records are severed from you. The payment ledger is kept, as the law requires, against an anonymous key that cannot be traced back.
- Take a copy
- The same export as access, in a machine-readable form you can move elsewhere.
- Stop marketing
- Applied immediately, no confirmation needed. Service messages about an account you hold continue; nothing else does.
Card details never reach this platform; they are held by the payment provider, and a request about them goes to the provider under its own terms. Questions about a request already made can be sent to the same form under “Access”, quoting the reference you were given.
