Shipping and Exchange Policy

Nothing is shipped

MiningBridge Intelligence sells digital research — reports, data, models and subscription access. There are no physical goods, so no shipping, freight, customs or delivery arrangements apply. What you pay for is delivered electronically to your account, in most cases immediately after payment is confirmed.

Exchanges

Because there is nothing physical to return, exchanges work by correction: if a report or dataset you bought is defective — a corrupted file, a broken licence, or content that does not match its description — tell us within 7 days and we will replace it with the corrected edition at no charge, or refund the purchase if no correction is available.

Money-back terms

Refunds for mistaken or erroneous purchases follow the refund policy. Access that has not been granted can always be corrected by writing to intel@miningbridge.in (or the contact page) .
