Cancellation Policy
Last updated 6 September 2026
Subscriptions do not auto-renew
Paid access is sold as a fixed, prepaid period. We hold no standing instruction to charge you again: when your period ends, access simply ends, and nothing is charged unless you choose to renew. There is no recurring payment to cancel and no lock-in.
Cancelling is simply not renewing
To cancel, do nothing at renewal time — or, if a renewal has been started and you change your mind, email intel@miningbridge.in (or the contact page) before the new period begins. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for; you are not refunded mid-period and are not charged again.
What you keep after access ends
Reports you bought outright — by card or with credits — stay readable forever, subscription or not. Wallet credits never expire and remain spendable on reports. Only the plan entitlements (included reports and limits) lapse with the subscription, and they lapse automatically on the expiry date.
If automatic renewal is added later
If we ever offer an auto-renewing option, it will be opt-in, you will get a pre-debit notice before each charge as Indian law requires, and you will be able to cancel it from your account or by email at any time. You can also revoke any payment mandate directly with your bank or through the payment provider’s dashboard.
Where refunds fit
Cancellation and refunds are separate: cancellation ends future periods; refunds address charges already made. See the refund policy for when a completed payment can be returned.
