Talk to a person

The platform is designed to be used without a call, but billing, access and data questions sometimes need one. Write here and a person replies, usually within one working day.

• Access and billing — receipts, seats, credits, a plan change.
• The evidence — a figure you believe is wrong, with the source you would cite instead.
• API and connector — keys, limits, a use the documentation does not cover.
• Your data — export or erasure requests go through the privacy page, which handles them under the regulation that applies to you.
