Who we are

MiningBridge Intelligence is operated by Mining Bridge Private Limited, a company registered in India. This policy covers intel.miningbridge.in and the MiningBridge connector for Claude. Questions or requests about your data go to intel@miningbridge.in (or the contact page) .

What we collect

We collect only what the service needs to work. There is no advertising network, no analytics or tracking pixels, and no third-party cookies.

• Account details. Your name and email address. If you register with a password we store a bcrypt hash of it, never the password itself. If you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address from Google and store no password at all.
• Phone number, if you give one. It is optional, we do not verify it, and it is not used to sign you in. We use it only to reach you about an enquiry you have made. We do not send marketing messages to it.
• Subscription status. Your access tier and, if you subscribe, the date it runs until.
• API keys. If you create a key for the connector we store a SHA-256 hash of it, a short non-secret prefix so you can tell your keys apart, a label, and the times it was created and last used. The key itself is shown to you once and is not recoverable by us.
• Connector usage. A daily count of calls per key and per tool. This is how the free-tier limit is enforced and how we understand which data people need. It is a count, not a copy of your queries.
• Payment records. If you subscribe we store the plan, the amount and currency, and the Razorpay order and payment identifiers. We never see or store your card details — those go directly to Razorpay.

Where it is stored

The application and its database run on Render in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or India, your data is therefore transferred outside your country. Payments are processed by Razorpay in India. Sign-in with Google is handled by Google.

Who else processes it

• Render — hosting and database storage.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Razorpay — only if you subscribe.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where we are legally required to.

The trade and market data in our reports comes from UN Comtrade, the USGS and other public sources. It is data about countries and companies, not about you.

How long we keep it

Account and usage records are kept while your account exists. Payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, which is longer than the account itself. Revoked API keys are retained as a hashed record so a revoked key cannot be silently reused.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Email intel@miningbridge.in (or the contact page) and we will respond within 30 days. You can revoke any API key yourself at any time from your account page.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, or to complain to a data protection authority.

Cookies

We set one cookie, which holds your sign-in session. It is required for the site to know you are logged in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be notified by email to account holders.
